Returns

RETURNS

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Because our products are made to order, we can only accept returns of items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, or where you have changed your mind within the 14 days above.

How to return
Email info@lufcnews.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is paid by the buyer.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5-10 working days.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, email us within the 14 days and we will arrange it.

Orders are dispatched within 7 working days. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.
