Track Your Order
Every order is made to order, so you will get two emails from us: an order confirmation straight away, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
How to track your parcel
- Open the shipping confirmation email we send when your parcel is dispatched. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.
- Click the tracking link in that email, or copy the tracking number into the carrier's website.
- Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Haven't got a shipping email yet?
Items are printed to order and some products take longer to make than others, so your tracking link only appears once your parcel is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are listed on our Shipping page.
If your order is past the delivery window on that page, or tracking has not moved for several days, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it. Returns information is on our Returns page.
