Track Your Order
Where Is My Order?
Thank you for supporting Lufcnews Store! Here's how to track your order depending on how it was fulfilled.
Step 1 - Check Your Order Confirmation Email
When your order was placed, you received a confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. This email contains your order number (e.g. #1234).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link or tracking number. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find it.
Step 2 - View Your Order Status Page
You can check the current status of your order — including whether it has been fulfilled and dispatched — using your Shopify order status page. You do not need an account to do this.
Click here to check your order status — enter the email address you used at checkout.
Step 3 - Track Your Shipment
Depending on which product you ordered, fulfilment and delivery tracking work slightly differently:
🖨️ Print-on-Demand Products (Inkthreadable)
Items such as printed T-shirts, hoodies, and mugs are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Inkthreadable. Once produced and dispatched, Inkthreadable will send a tracking notification directly to your email.
- Tracking is provided by the carrier used by Inkthreadable (typically Royal Mail or Evri for UK orders).
- Production typically takes 3–5 working days before dispatch.
- If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 working days of your order, please contact us.
📦 Stocked Items
For items shipped directly from our stock, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number or link from the carrier used.
