Production and dispatch
Items are made to order by our print partners. Production and dispatch normally take up to 7 working days. If an item is delayed we will email you with an update and ask how you would like to proceed.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by product, print provider and destination. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page and again at checkout. As a guide, once production is added, phone cases, t-shirts, posters and some sweatshirts normally arrive in the UK within about 5-15 working days of ordering. Other products, including hoodies and sweatshirts from some providers, long sleeves, V-necks, all-over prints, home decor, blankets, mugs and bottles, take longer: their delivery after production can be 10-35 working days. International delivery can take longer. Please allow the full estimate shown at checkout before contacting us about an order.

Carriers and costs
Orders are sent by Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or a similar tracked carrier, depending on the item, quantity and the shipping method you choose. Delivery costs are shown at checkout, and we email tracking when it is available.

Import VAT and duties
Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import VAT and duties, which the customer pays. Under €22 no import VAT or duties are normally due. Between €22 and €150 import VAT may apply. Over €150 import VAT and duties may apply.

Returns and cancellations
See our returns and refunds policy. You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to that policy. Contact info@lufcnews.co.uk and we aim to reply within 1-2 working days.

Returns and refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After 14 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with any tags attached.

How to return
Email info@lufcnews.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1-2 working days with the return instructions. Return postage is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service for items over £75, as we cannot guarantee we will receive a returned parcel.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 2-7 working days for the money to reach your account. Original postage is refunded only if we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Email info@lufcnews.co.uk within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
To ask about an exchange, email info@lufcnews.co.uk with your enquiry. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Items not received
Check the packaging carefully, as items can ship separately with different tracking numbers. If something is still missing, email us at info@lufcnews.co.uk within 14 days with your order number.
