Fraktpolicy

All ORDERS ARE FIRST CLASS TRACKED AND SIGNED. THEREFORE OUR AIM IS TO GET YOUR ORDER THE NEXT DAY FROM THE DATE OF SALE FOR UK ORDERS (UNLESS STATED-SEE BELOW). HOWEVER ON RARE OCCASIONS AND BUSY PERIODS THE PROCESS CAN BE DELAYED AND WE CAN'T PREDICT HOW LONG THE MAIL SERVICE WILL TAKE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS LEFT US. THIS COULD TAKE UP TO 3-5 WORKING DAYS. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE POSTED FIRST CLASS TRACKED AND SIGNED. THEREFORE ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. 

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER IS DELIVERED.

PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 7-10 WORKING DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR ORDER. 

RETURNS

We will exchange all items providing they are returned in exactly the same condition that they were delivered in.

Postage for returns is at the cost of the buyer.

Exchanges must be made within 5 days of the order being delivered. 

Please use the Contact part of the site to discuss any returns or swaps. We aim to give you an email back within 24 hours. During busy periods we may not have the chance to read and reply to all e mails, but please rest assured that we will be hard at work dealing with your order. Sending repeated messages or leaving comments on our social network outlets will not speed up the process, we will already be dealing with your order. Any unnecessary or unhelpful comments will be deleted and that person blocked, as having to monitor facebook/instagram/twitter just slows down other customers orders.

Please note only in the event where we have sent an incorrect item will we reimburse.
